Who we are
Coppice Studios Ltd, trading as Coppice Family Studios, makes the Little Helper app. Contact us at admin@coppicestudios.com.
The short version
In the app, your photos, videos, drawings and settings stay on your phone. We never see them. We don't show adverts and we never sell your data.
What we receive
Only what's needed to check your subscription. We use a service called RevenueCat to handle this. It receives:
- an anonymous ID for your copy of the app (not your name or email)
- your purchase and subscription status
- your app store country and basic device details (e.g. phone model, app version)
Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your name, email or card details.
What we don't do
- No analytics, crash reporting or advertising tools in the app
- No accounts or sign-in
- No location, camera, microphone or contacts access
- The app only asks for photo access so you can pick what shows in the gallery. Nothing is uploaded.
Children
Little Helper is for parents and carers. It is set up and controlled by an adult. A child using the app gives us no personal information.
Our website
When you use coppicestudios.com, we may collect:
- what you send us through our contact form, such as your name, email and message. We use this only to reply to you.
- cookies and analytics data, such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site working and improve it. Where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent first. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active, then for up to six years for UK tax purposes. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email admin@coppicestudios.com. For app requests, please include your Subscription ID (in the app under Settings → About), as the app holds no name or email to find you by.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this statement changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
